Seasonal price variations.
We only have 2 prices Low and High season if your booking crosses from one band to another your cost will be calculated pro rata and agreed at the time of booking please contact us for confirmation.
Minimum booking period is 7 nights with the exception of over Christmas Day, New Years Day and Easter when the minimum booking period will be 10 days. Stays of less than 7 days will attract a cleaning charge of US$85.
Booking for longer periods of longer than 1 week will normally be in 7 night blocks, however if you do not wish your stay to be extended a full 7night period you may book extra nights at the nightly rate.
Pricing for 2012:
Low Season weekly rate US$ 680 (£425), nightly rate US$ 100 (£62)
High Season weekly rate US$ 770 (£475), nightly rate US$ 110 (£69)
Pool heating rates, if required, are US$ 130 (£80) a week for the months of December to March inclusive, and US$ 95 (£60) a week for the rest of the year.
A refundable security deposit of US$ 250 (£150) will be payable in addition to the cost of your rental.

High season dates are:
1 week either side of Easter Sunday
3rd Sunday in July to 2nd Saturday in September
3rd Sunday in December to 2nd Saturday in January
All other booking dates are low season. Please check the calendar for availability, dates will include date of arrival and depature.
